SMS operating entity: North AI LLC (Ohio), an affiliated entity that operates this SMS messaging program on behalf of ARC Agent LLC and is the registered brand with The Campaign Registry (TCR) for this program. The opt-in language on this page applies to messages sent by North AI LLC under the ARC Agent product name.
Program
ARC Agent SMS is the messaging program for ARC Agent (arcagent.net), the product of ARC Agent LLC (Ohio). The program is operated by North AI LLC (Ohio), an affiliated Ohio limited-liability company, on behalf of ARC Agent LLC. When you provide your phone number through our website booking form, reply to our outbound business communications, or sign up for our service, you agree to receive text messages from us at that number.
Consent disclosure shown to end users
The following disclosure appears directly beneath the phone-number field on the booking form at https://www.arcagent.net and is shown verbatim to every user who provides their mobile number through that channel:
"By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from ARC Agent regarding your demo, including appointment confirmations and reminders. Up to 5 messages per booking event. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy."
SMS messages under this program are sent by North AI LLC (Ohio), the SMS-operating entity registered with The Campaign Registry, on behalf of ARC Agent LLC (Ohio), the brand owner of the ARC Agent product. Both entities share common ownership.
Message types you may receive
- Appointment confirmations when you book a product demonstration.
- Appointment reminders sent 24 hours and 1 hour before scheduled demos.
- Conversational follow-up messages when you reply to our outbound communications and choose to continue the conversation by SMS.
- Account notifications for active customers regarding their ARC Agent service.
Message frequency
You will receive up to 5 messages per booking event plus reminders. Conversational messages are sent only in response to your replies. Account notifications are sent only when relevant to your service.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your wireless carrier's plan. ARC Agent does not charge for the messages themselves.
Carriers
This program is supported by all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Metro PCS, Boost Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately and permanently opt out of all ARC Agent SMS communications. You will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out. After that, you will not receive further SMS from us unless you explicitly opt back in.
You may also opt out by emailing support@arcagent.net with the subject line "STOP SMS" and the phone number you wish to remove.

Privacy
