ARC Agent ("ARC Agent", "ARC", "we", "us") is the product and registered name of ARC Agent LLC, an Ohio limited-liability company. The platform and its SMS messaging program are operated by North AI LLC, an affiliated Ohio limited-liability company, on behalf of ARC Agent LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the ARC Agent SaaS platform ("Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions or requests can be sent to trial@arcagent.net.
Brand owner: ARC Agent LLC (Ohio). Operating entity & TCR-registered SMS brand: North AI LLC (Ohio). Both entities share common ownership.
1. What we collect
- Account info. Your name, work email, password hash, workspace name, and the role you hold in your workspace.
- Connected-account data. When you connect Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, Twilio, or another integration, we receive whatever scopes you approve. For Google specifically, that may include your email address, basic profile, Gmail messages and threads (read / modify / send), and Google Calendar events. We use the minimum data needed to deliver the feature you turned on, and never sell or share it for advertising.
- Usage data. Logs of API calls, agent runs, errors, IP addresses, browser, and device — used to operate, secure, and debug the Service.
- Billing data. Stripe processes payments. We store the subscription state, last 4 of the card, and invoice history Stripe returns. We never see or store full card numbers.
2. How we use it
- To provide the Service — running your agents, replying to emails on your behalf, scheduling meetings, sending notifications.
- To bill you and prevent abuse.
- To respond to support requests.
- To improve the product. We do not use connected-account content (your Gmail, your Calendar, your CRM data) to train AI models.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy
ARC Agent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, content from Gmail and Google Calendar is used only to provide or improve user-facing features visible in the ARC Agent product, is not transferred to third parties other than as needed to provide those features (e.g. our AI inference provider, which does not retain or train on the content), is not used for advertising, and is not read by humans except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) for internal operations after the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
4. Sharing
We share data only with the sub-processors required to run the Service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database / auth), Anthropic (AI inference), Stripe (payments), Postmark (transactional email), Twilio (SMS), and the integration providers you yourself connect. We do not sell personal data.
5. SMS Communications
When you provide your mobile phone number to ARC Agent — through our website booking form, by replying to our outbound business communications, or during sign-up for our service — you consent to receive text messages from ARC Agent at that number.
Information collected via SMS:
- Mobile phone number
- Carrier information necessary for message delivery
- Message content you send to us (for replies and customer support)
- Delivery status data (delivered, failed, opt-out)
- Timestamps of messages
How we use this information:
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders for booked product demonstrations
- Continue conversations you have initiated by replying to our communications
- Deliver transactional notifications about your account if you are an active customer
- Process opt-out requests (STOP keyword)
- Provide customer support (HELP keyword)
Information sharing: We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is shared only with our SMS delivery infrastructure provider (Twilio Inc.) for the sole purpose of delivering messages you have consented to receive.
Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opt-outs are processed within minutes and are permanent unless you explicitly opt back in.
Retention: We retain your phone number and message history for as long as you remain an active recipient or customer. Upon opt-out, we retain your phone number on a suppression list to ensure we do not contact you again.
Cross-program use: Phone numbers collected for one purpose (e.g., booking a demo) may also be used to send related transactional messages (e.g., demo reminders), but will not be used for unrelated marketing without separate consent.
For complete SMS program terms including message frequency, carrier information, and opt-out instructions, see our SMS Terms.
6. Retention & deletion
You can disconnect any integration at any time from your /connections page; this revokes the OAuth token immediately. You can delete your workspace by emailing trial@arcagent.net from the address on file. We delete or anonymize workspace data within 30 days of a deletion request, except where retention is required by law.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (database-level AES-256). OAuth tokens are stored encrypted with a server-only key. Access is restricted to engineers under written confidentiality obligations.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email trial@arcagent.net.
9. Children
ARC Agent is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
If we make material changes we'll update this page and, where appropriate, notify you in-product or by email.
