When do I get paid?

Signup bonus ($1,250) lands the day your referral's first invoice clears (typically day 14, end of trial). Monthly share (15% MRR) is paid on the 5th of each month for the prior month's billings. Stripe Connect handles everything - no invoicing on your end.

What actually counts as a referral?

Anyone who lands on arcagent.net with your link (?aff=your-handle) gets cookied for 90 days. If they submit the free AI audit, book a call, or sign up within that window, they're attributed to you. Last-touch wins.

How is attribution tracked?

We drop a first-party cookie (arc_aff) the moment they hit any ARC page with your handle. It survives Safari ITP because we mirror the assignment server-side into audit_bookings + tenants when they sign up. Your dashboard shows every touch.

Do I have to sell?

No. We close every demo, build every onboarding, and own every renewal. Your job stops at 'check out ARC.' If you want to be more hands-on (co-host a webinar, send a personalized Loom), we'll pay you extra - but the default is hands-off.

What if my client churns?

The $1,250 is yours forever. The 15% MRR share stops the month they cancel (you keep what was already paid). No clawbacks unless they refund the first invoice within 14 days.

Can I refer myself / my own clients?

Yes to your own clients (that's the whole point). No to yourself or a tenant you control - we'll spot it on the Stripe side and void the commission.

Is there a quota?

Nope. Refer one. Refer 100. We'd rather have 500 partners sending us 1 great lead a year than 5 partners spamming us with garbage.
